Shipments will be sent within 5 business days of receiving an order. All orders will be shipped via Canada post ground service. Shipments will be sent from Spruce Grove, AB throughout all of Canada. We currently do not ship/sell to residents of Quebec.
We accept returns but required a 30% restocking fee and the postage back must be paid for by the customer.

All personal data will be collected via our secure site using (industry standard encryption). None of the information will sold or shared to any 3rd parties. We may store your name, phone number or email for a short period of time if we need to contact you in regard to your order.
You may choose to opt-in to save your name, e-mail address and website in cookies. These are so that you don’t have to re-enter the information at every visit, each time you make a purchase. If you wish to opt out it is possible to do so.
The transaction information will only be retained in our secure accounting software.
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Information will be backed up weekly on an external hard drive in order to limit the amount of sensitive information exposed to outside risks.
We will receive third party information from google ad words but none if the information will be specific. Just general statistics regarding the unique visitors on to the website.
